This 9-day, 8-night journey through Ireland begins in Galway and ends in Dublin, offering a thoughtfully paced exploration of the country’s most iconic regions while staying in three immersive base locations: Galway, Kerry, and Dublin. Start with three nights in Galway, a lively coastal city celebrated for its colorful streets, traditional music, and relaxed atmosphere. From Galway, explore the rugged beauty of Connemara National Park, including a visit to the picturesque Kylemore Abbey, and enjoy a full-day excursion to County Clare to experience the dramatic Cliffs of Moher and the unique limestone landscapes of the Burren.

 

Next, travel south to Killarney for three nights, your base for discovering the natural splendor of County Kerry. Highlights include driving the world-famous Ring of Kerry with stops at Ladies View, Torc Waterfall, and Muckross House in Killarney National Park, as well as a day exploring the stunning coastline and charming villages of the Dingle Peninsula. The journey then continues east toward Dublin, with a memorable stop at the iconic Rock of Cashel, dramatically rising above the countryside in County Tipperary. The trip concludes with two nights in Dublin, featuring a full-day city tour that includes Trinity College and the Book of Kells, Dublin Castle, historic cathedrals, and time to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Temple Bar, along with visits to the Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery.

The stunning Galway Cathedral, with its impressive dome and intricate mosaics, is a must-see. Walk along Salthill Promenade, where breathtaking views of Galway Bay await. Free morning to stroll around and enjoy the vibrant city of Galway.

 

For lunch meet us for a  private food tour, we love to immerse our guests in the wonderful and vibrant culinary scene Galway has to offer. Our local guide will bring us on a culinary journey to meet the people behind the scenes, and understand our rich culture through food and drink.

During the tour, we  will get to experience a taste of artisan producers, cheese makers, creative beer projects, artisan chocolatiers, traditional family-run businesses to young entrepreneurs with devotion and commitment to showcase the best of Irish produce. With experienced & local guides, we give you insights into our favourite places and treasured ingredients.

Connemora

Today we enjoy a tour thrugh Connemara, this tour offers a breathtaking journey through one of Ireland’s most scenic and untouched landscapes. We begin our day venturing into the wild and rugged countryside, where rolling hills, shimmering lakes, and winding country roads showcase the region’s natural beauty. As we travel through the heart of Connemara, admire the contrast of dramatic mountains and vast open boglands, passing through charming villages where Irish traditions and language remain strong.

 

Our first major stop is Kylemore Abbey, a stunning neo-Gothic castle nestled along the shores of a tranquil lake. Once a grand private residence, the abbey is now home to Benedictine nuns. Explore its beautifully restored rooms, wander through the Victorian walled gardens, and visit the enchanting Gothic church, all set against a picturesque mountain backdrop.

 

Next, we head to Killary Fjord, Ireland’s only fjord, where the Atlantic Ocean cuts deep into the Connemara landscape. Enjoy panoramic views of the steep cliffs and sparkling waters. Along the way, keep an eye out for wild Connemara ponies, sheep-dotted hillsides, and ancient stone walls that define this unspoiled region.

Day 4

Cliffs of Moher, The Burren and Adare

Today we embark on a breathtaking private tour from Galway, traveling through some of Ireland’s most stunning landscapes before ending the day in the elegance of Ballyseede Castle our next accommodation. 

 

We begin  our journey south towards The Burren, a unique limestone landscape known for its otherworldly terrain, rare flora, and ancient archaeological sites. Explore the rugged beauty of this karst region, dotted with prehistoric tombs, medieval ruins, and hidden caves, while taking in panoramic views of the Atlantic.

 

Next, we continue to the Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland’s most iconic natural wonders. Towering over 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean, the cliffs offer breathtaking, windswept views, stretching as far as the Aran Islands on a clear day. Take a leisurely walk along the cliffside trails, visit the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, and soak in the dramatic scenery.

 

Afterward, journey through the rolling green countryside to the picturesque village of Adare, often called Ireland’s prettiest village. Wander its charming streets lined with thatched-roof cottages, historic buildings, and boutique shops. Visit Desmond Castle or step inside one of the traditional pubs for a taste of local hospitality.

 

We conclude our day with a scenic drive to Ballyseede Castle, a magnificent historic castle hotel in County Kerry. Set on beautifully manicured grounds, this luxurious retreat offers a grand yet cozy atmosphere. Enjoy a warm welcome, perhaps with afternoon tea by the fireplace, before settling into the evening in this fairytale-like setting. Day 5

Killarney National Park: Muckross House, Traditional Farms, Ross

Castle, and Torc Waterfall

Today, our private driver takes us into the breathtaking beauty of Killarney National Park, Ireland’s first national park, located in County Kerry. This immersive day blends natural scenery, rich history, and cultural heritage as we explore some of the park’s most iconic landmarks. We visit the elegant Muckross House and Gardens, a 19th-century Victorian mansion set along the shores of Muckross Lake, learning about its history and connection to Queen Victoria’s 1861 visit while strolling through beautifully landscaped gardens. We then continue to Ross Castle, a striking 15th-century tower house overlooking Lough Leane, where stories of medieval life and local legend come to life against sweeping mountain views. The day concludes at the enchanting Torc Waterfall, a dramatic cascade surrounded by lush woodland, offering peaceful walking paths, scenic viewpoints, and memorable photo opportunities within this serene natural setting.

Day 7
Rock of Cashel and Transfer to Dublin

Today we transfer to Dublin, our private driver picks us up for our transfer. On the way we stop at The Rock of Cashel is one of Ireland’s most iconic historic landmarks, dramatically rising above the countryside in County Tipperary. Once the seat of the Kings of Munster, the site features an impressive collection of medieval buildings, including a cathedral, round tower, and the beautifully preserved Cormac’s Chapel. Rich in history and legend, the Rock of Cashel offers sweeping views and a powerful glimpse into Ireland’s ancient past.

We check into our Dublin hotel and enjoy the evening in this iconic city.

Day 6

The Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula
and Wild Atlantic Way

The Ring of Kerry is a 179-kilometer (111-mile) circular route in County Kerry, celebrated for its

stunning landscapes, charming villages, and rich history. A full-day tour of this iconic region begins

at the Ladies View, a breathtaking vantage point offering panoramic views of the lakes and

mountains, followed by a scenic drive through the Gap of Dunloe, a glacial valley renowned for its

rugged beauty.

The route passes through Killorglin, a town famous for hosting Ireland’s oldest festival, the Puck Fair,

and on to Cahersiveen, where you can explore the historic town with views of the Atlantic Ocean and

Daniel O’Connell’s birthplace. A highlight of the tour is the distant view of Skellig Michael, a UNESCO

World Heritage site and ancient monastic island, famously featured in Star Wars. The charming

coastal village of Waterville, once a favorite retreat of Charlie Chaplin, is an ideal lunch stop with

stunning sea views. Nearby, Derrynane House, the former home of Daniel O’Connell, offers a glimpse

into Irish history, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pristine beach.

The journey continues through Sneem, a colorful village known for its traditional pubs and friendly

atmosphere, before heading to Moll’s Gap and the Black Valley, where dramatic mountain passes

provide awe-inspiring scenery. The town of Kenmare, known for its boutique shops, gourmet food,

and the ancient Kenmare Stone Circle, is another highlight.

Dublin

Our full day in Dublin blends rich history with the city’s legendary pub culture for a perfectly balanced experience. The day  begins with visits to iconic historic sites such as Trinity College Dublin, home to the famous Book of Kells, and a walk past landmarks like Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral, offering insight into the city’s medieval and Georgian past. In the afternoon, our focus turns to Ireland’s most famous exports with immersive tours at the Guinness Storehouse, where the experience ends with panoramic city views from the Gravity Bar, and the Jameson Distillery Bow St., featuring tastings and storytelling about Ireland’s whiskey heritage. Our day concludes in the lively streets of Temple Bar, where historic charm, traditional music, and Dublin’s vibrant atmosphere bring the city’s past and present together in one unforgettable day.

Slán - Goodbye

 

It’s time to pack up all our beautiful memories of Ireland and begin our journey back home. We enjoy our final Irish breakfast and our private driver will transfer us to Dublin airport.
