Sardinia & Corscia

Day 1
Welcome to Spectacular Sardinia

Alghero
Fly into Alghero or Olbia airports, private transfer to our hotel in Alghero.
Alghero is one of Sardinia’s most charming coastal towns, blending medieval Catalan heritage with a relaxed seaside atmosphere. Its golden arc of Maria Pia Beach stretches along the pine-fringed shoreline just outside town, offering silky white sand and calm, turquoise water—perfect for long, easy swim days or sunset walks beneath the trees. Nearby, you’ll find some of the region’s most beautiful coves, including Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto, both known for their shallow crystal waters, rock-framed bays, and excellent snorkeling. The historic center of Alghero is equally captivating: a maze of cobbled lanes, warm sandstone buildings, and sea-facing walls built by the Spanish. Highlights include the elegant Cathedral of Santa Maria, the peaceful cloister of San Francesco, lively piazzas filled with cafés, and the scenic bastions where locals gather for sunset views over the Mediterranean. Alghero blends beach relaxation and historic charm better than almost anywhere in Sardinia

Day 2
Boat Day:
Neptune’s Grotto & Capo Caccia
Today we sett out from Alghero’s marina on an unforgettable boat day that showcases the wild beauty of Sardinia’s northwest coast. Your captain cruises along the turquoise shoreline toward the towering limestone cliffs of Capo Caccia, where the scenery becomes bold, dramatic, and impossibly photogenic. Drop anchor in hidden coves like Cala Dragunara and Cala dell’Olandese, slipping into crystal-clear water for refreshing swims and lazy sun-soaked moments on deck. The highlight is a visit to the legendary Neptune’s Grotto, a vast cathedral-like sea cave filled with shimmering pools and extraordinary stalactite formations. With plenty of snorkeling time in the protected Porto Conte Marine Reserve, you’ll glide above bright sea grass meadows and schools of fish in some of the clearest water on the island—an exhilarating, picture-perfect day on the water.

Day 3

Free Day to Enjoy the Breathtaking Beaches
A perfect beach day in Alghero begins with choosing one or perhaps all three standout shores, each offering a different kind of paradise but all within easy reach of the town center. Maria Pia Beach - A long stretch of powdery white sand backed by whispering pine forests. Its calm, shallow turquoise water makes it ideal for relaxing swims, floating for hours, or lounging beneath the natural shade of the pines.
Bombarde Beach, a vibrant, lively cove famous for its crystal-clear water that glows electric blue in the sun. With beach clubs, cafés, and great people-watching, it’s perfect for those who want a mix of relaxation and atmosphere.
Lazzaretto Beach, arguably the most scenic of the three, with multiple small coves framed by smooth rock formations and unbelievably clear, sheltered water. It offers a quieter, more intimate feel.
Whether you choose one or all three, the expansive calm of Maria Pia, the bright energy of Bombarde, or the postcard-perfect coves of Lazzaretto, each delivers a quintessential Alghero beach day—sun-drenched, turquoise, and effortlessly beautiful.

Day 4
Transfer from Alghero to Porto Cervo with Stop in Castelsardo & Farm to Table Lunch
Today our private driver transfers us from Alghero to Porto Cervo. This day becomes a memorable part of our journey with a scenic stop in the medieval coastal town of Castelsardo, perched dramatically above the sea with its ancient castle, narrow stone lanes, and sweeping views over the Gulf of Asinara. After exploring the historic center and photographing its colorful houses and cliffside cathedrals, continue just a few minutes inland to a traditional Sardinian farmhouse set on rolling hills overlooking the valley and coastline. Here, you can enjoy a true farm-to-table experience featuring handmade pastas, garden vegetables, local cheeses, and slow-cooked meats—an authentic taste of rural Sardinia served in a relaxed, panoramic setting. It’s the perfect way to break up the drive, blending history, scenery, and traditional cuisine before continuing on to the sparkling shores of Porto Cervo.

Day 5

Ultimate Boat Day to
La Maddalena Archipelago

Today we enjoy a private boat day in the La Maddalena Archipelago, one of the most unforgettable experiences in the Mediterranean. Setting out from the Costa Smeralda, we will glide over glass-clear water that shifts from sapphire to bright turquoise as you approach the protected islands. The day unfolds through a series of breathtaking stops: the smooth granite coves of Spargi, the luminous lagoon of Santa Maria, and the famous pink-tinged shores of Budelli, whose colors look almost unreal. Swim and snorkel in warm, crystalline bays where the sea is so transparent you can see the sandy bottom from the deck. Many routes include a visit to Cala Coticcio on Caprera—nicknamed “Tahiti” for its shallow, neon-blue water framed by honey-colored rocks. With the sun overhead, a gentle breeze, and the calm island landscapes all around, this boat day feels like drifting through a natural paradise, with each stop more beautiful than the last.

Day 6
Costa Smeralda Free Day
Explore Porto Cervo & Beaches
Start your day in Porto Cervo, the glimmering heart of the Costa Smeralda, where polished stone walkways wind through the elegant Piazzetta lined with designer boutiques, pastel buildings, and shaded terraces perfect for a morning coffee. Wander down to the superyacht marina to admire some of the Mediterranean’s most impressive boats before heading up to the Stella Maris Church, a striking modernist white structure that offers sweeping views over the port and the emerald-colored sea. In the afternoon, trade glamour for pure coastal beauty at one of the region’s iconic beaches. Grande Pevero unfolds in a wide, soft arc of pale sand and shimmering turquoise water, ideal for long swims and sunbathing, while Capriccioli and nearby La Celvia offer smaller, picture-perfect coves framed by smooth granite rocks and some of the clearest water on the island. Whether you choose the expansive elegance of Pevero or the intimate charm of Capriccioli and La Celvia, the Emerald Coast delivers a dreamy, sun-soaked afternoon by the sea.

Day 7
Transfer to Corsica with Visit and Lunch in Bonifacio.
Our transfer day begins with a scenic private drive from Porto Cervo to the port of Santa Teresa Gallura, where we board the short ferry crossing to Corsica. As the boat approaches Bonifacio, the town suddenly appears, perched dramatically on chalk-white limestone cliffs—one of the most unforgettable arrivals in the Mediterranean. After disembarking, our private driver meets us at the port and whisks us into the heart of Bonifacio’s medieval citadel. Wander its narrow stone lanes, explore the clifftop viewpoints, and enjoy lunch overlooking the shimmering straits below. After soaking in the atmosphere of this spectacular frontier town, we continue north along Corsica’s rugged coastline. The drive to Ajaccio is beautiful and varied, shifting from untamed cliffs to maquis-covered hills before descending toward the island’s capital by the sea—an unforgettable journey that turns a simple transfer into one of the highlights of the trip.

Day 8
Private Food and History and Architecture Tour Ajaccio
Ajaccio’s compact historic center is perfectly suited for a leisurely walking tour, and today’s experience is an immersive journey through its most charming streets, lively squares, and iconic landmarks. Strolling between the sea and the mountains, you’ll discover the stories, anecdotes, and heritage that shape this imperial city, all while soaking in its relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Along the way, a visit to the local market and carefully chosen addresses introduces you to Ajaccio’s remarkable gastronomy—well away from tourist traps. Corsican cuisine is deeply rooted in seasonality and craftsmanship, preserved by passionate small producers, and you’ll taste the very best of it: exceptional Corsican charcuterie and cheeses, ambrucciata, homemade focaccia, chestnut cake, artisanal ice cream, and other delicious surprises. It’s a flavorful and authentic exploration of Ajaccio, where history, culture, and food come together beautifully.
Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure

Day 9
Free day and Sunset Boat to Sanguinaires Islands

Enjoy your final free day swimming in the sea, relaxing beach or pool side, shopping for last minute treasures or enjoying a leisurely lunch with a view in Porticco. Early evening we head to Ajaccio marina for a sunset sail. The beautiful archipelago of Iles Sanguinaires, visited at sunset, is the best place to enjoy nature in all its splendor. Stretching west from the Parata Peninsula at the northern tip of the Gulf of Ajaccio, the volcanic islands form a protected natural site renowned for their magnetic charm.
The scenery is simply outstanding. Four rocky pinnacles rise from the translucent waters, marking the magenta-hued western horizon with their solitary presence. Their wild shores are a paradise for wildlife, with over 150 endemic species of flora and fauna thriving in the virgin habitats. In springtime, the cover of dense maquis bursts with a profusion of wildflowers, bringing colour and fragrance to the austere seascape. With a little luck, you may also have a chance to spot dolphins playing in the transparent Mediterranean waters.
Day 10
Arrivederci and Au Revoir
Today it’s time to say farewell to our Sardinia and Corsica Spectacular Journey! Pack up all your wonderful memories, enjoy your final Corsican breakfast and your private driver will transfer you to the Ajaccio airport for your journey back home.
